Many things to mention - everything was clean, TASTY food, beautiful views. The location was easy, not too far away from Eglise evangelique Elim Evangelical Church. Very convenient restaurant provided French dishes.

The breakfast had a great selection of good food and drinks. Functional units with the AC, and the staff were helpful. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Chamonix, Mont Blanc, Geneva or even Annecy, Annemasse and the ski slopes in the Alps.

Magnificent location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. Our classic double room was newly decorated and reasonably spacious. The staff were affable and excellent, it was a bonus.

The room was spacious and had tea and coffee facilities, as well as a minibar. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby town and there was a beautiful view of the river or lake from the hotel.

The bed was too soft and the bathroom was in need of repairs. The hotel itself was also in need of renovation.

It's pretty good. The rooms are clean and it is as close as you can get to the parks.If there is a shuttle to and from tram station your hotel could be the best for summer hoiday for family.However, We enjoy our stay very much!!

As I mentioned above the hotel is too far from tram station for those who want to go to Geneve. we recommend you provide shuttle bus.

Clean hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Good breakfast and easy transportation. Close to Geneva centre, restaurants nearby and the Swiss border.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we loved the welcoming staff and their pet-friendly policy. The spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms were perfect for a good night's sleep. The calm and serene surroundings, with a beautiful river or lake view, added to the overall pleasant experience.

You drive into the backyard of Annemasse, reach a relatively isolated and quite spot, you open you room's window just to find out that the back of the hotel is on a motorway... Impossible to sleep with open windows.

My family and I recently stayed at Mercure in Gaillard for a weekend getaway. We were delighted to find that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our two dogs along. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful ambiance of the hotel made for a relaxing stay, especially with the beautiful river or lake view right in front of us. The lobby and restaurant areas were modern and appealing, and the staff, especially Max, the waiter, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. We also appreciated the hotel's great facilities, including the restaurant, pool, and outdoor grass area. Lastly, the hotel provided us with a storage solution for our bike boxes while we went cycling in the nearby Alps.
